- Complete the Registration Form – Use this registration link to enter your email and indicate whether you're a high school or university-aged student.
- Receive Your Application – After registering, you'll automatically receive an email with the correct application link based on your age group. From here, sign up individually or as a team with up to four friends. Only one registration per team is required. (You'll list all team members during this registration).
- Identify a Problem
- Focus on a pressing issue caused by the California wildfires. Your idea should help affected individuals or the environment.
- Create an Innovative Solution
- Design a solution that is original, practical, and addresses the identified problem. Build a business idea around your concept.
- Review the Scoring Criteria
- Understand what judges will be looking for in your pitch and use this as a guide to structure your submission.
- Record Your Pitch
- Record a 3-5 minute video introducing your idea. Aim to clearly explain the problem, your solution, and how it can make a difference.
- Upload the video to YouTube with the hashtag #BloomCollidescopePitch in the title.
- Submit Your Video
- Complete the pitch submission form that will be available closer to the competition deadline and provide the YouTube link to your video.
