The idea has limited scalability or unclear market demand. The idea has moderate market potential and is feasible in certain conditions or specific communities. The idea has good scalability and can be expanded to serve a broader audience with proper execution. The idea has strong potential to reach and positively affect a large number of people or a significant market.
Commercial Viability & Scalability (20%) Can the idea be developed into a sustainable business model? The solution is not commercially viable or scalable. The concept is interesting but lacks financial viability. The idea has potential but lacks a strong business model or clarity in how it can be scaled. The solution has a solid plan for sustainability and scalability, though some details may need refinement. The solution has a well-defined and feasible business model with clear monetization strategies and growth potential.
Technical Feasibility (20%) Is the solution technically viable? Can it be realistically built and implemented? The idea is not technically feasible or lacks clarity in how it can be built. The feasibility is questionable, with unclear technical execution. The idea is feasible but requires significant development or refinement to be implemented. Quality of Presentation (20%) Is the pitch clear, well-structured, and engaging? The pitch is difficult to follow, unstructured, or lacks clarity and engagement.
